聖法蘭西斯衛理公會教會學校創立於1960年，前為聖法蘭西斯女子學校。聖法蘭西斯是新加坡教育部註冊的私立院校，是新加坡首批在2003年6月獲得教育部素質級教育資格的7所私立學院之一。

St. Francis Methodist School was founded in 1960 and was formerly known as St. Francis Girls' School. St. Francis is a private institution registered with the Ministry of Education of Singapore and is one of the first seven private colleges in Singapore to obtain the quality-level education qualification from the Ministry of Education in June 2003. 

學校每年招收約600名來自新加坡及包括中國、越南、泰國、印尼、緬甸及韓國在內20多個其他國家的中學生及大學預科生。擁有多元文化的聖法蘭西斯衛理公會教會學校提供世界著名、動態靈活的新加坡教育，旨在最大限度地提高學生的學習經驗，並為他們接收新加坡、澳大利亞、英國及美國等高等教育奠定基礎。

The school enrolls approximately 600 secondary school and pre-university students each year from Singapore and more than 20 other countries including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and South Korea.
